Megan Levy-McLaughlin, B.A. (Hons.), JD

Megan is an associate at Tupman & Bloom LLP. She joined the firm in 2018 shortly after her call to the bar. She completed her articles at a mid-sized insurance defence litigation boutique in downtown Toronto, and has appeared regularly before the Superior Court of Justice to advocate for clients.


Megan obtained her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Queen’s University, and later completed her Juris Doctor degree there. During law school, she worked as a student caseworker for the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic. 


During law school, Megan obtained a Certificate in Public International Law.  During her undergraduate studies, Megan also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Competency in French, a Certificate of Intermediate Competency in Italian and a Certificate of International Studies.


Megan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, The Advocate’s Society, Young Women in Law, and the Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners Group (JTEP).


In her spare time, Megan enjoys baking, travelling and visual art, and will take any opportunity she can to practice her language skills in French, Spanish and Italian.
