Arieh appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal advocating for his clients. He is experienced in litigating complex estate and trust disputes involving family businesses and estate freezes. Arieh is adept at navigating the various nuances under the Substitute Decisions Act to assist his clients in litigating various power of attorney and guardianship issues. Arieh obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall law school. He clerked for his articles for the Justices of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Arieh is called to the bar in Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.
