Vanessa is a senior law clerk at T&B LLP. Prior to joining T&B, Vanessa worked in the Downtown Core for a midsize firm in the Tax & Estate Department for over 16 years in Ontario and 3 years in Nova Scotia prior to that. Vanessa  has specialized and gained widespread experience in a variety of complex estate, estate planning,  trust matters, real estate, and corporate matters over the last 20 years. 

 Her experience has also extended to supporting lawyers in the practice areas of estates, trusts, including estate planning, real estate, corporate restructuring, and foreign estate matters. She assists executors, trustees, corporations, and trust companies in all aspects of estate, trust and guardianship administration and management.   Vanessa prepares court application materials for the appointment of estate trustees (including ancillary and resealing of foreign grants), documentation relating to the settlement and distribution of assets and assists with estate and trust accounts . Her support to the lawyers in the practice group also includes court applications for changes of trustees, for passing of accounts and the preparation of estate accounts in court passing form for executors, trustees, attorneys, and guardians of property.
