Passings of Accounts

Passings of Accounts are complex proceedings by which a Court conducts an audit of a fiduciary's accounts. We have experience as litigation counsel during all stages of contested and uncontested Passings of Accounts, whether acting for beneficiaries or fiduciaries.

Appellate Advocacy
