Nancy is a senior law clerk at Tupman & Bloom LLP.
She has worked over forty years in small, medium and large law firms specializing in estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation and passing of accounts. Nancy’s estate experience also includes the general practice areas of real estate, tax and corporate. She will assist executors, trustees and trust companies in all aspects of estate, trust and guardianship administration, accounting and management.
Her role includes, but is not limited to, preparing probate applications, applications to pass accounts, informal and court passing form accounts, audit of accounts, notices of objection to accounts, documentation relating to the distribution of estates and other estate administration matters.
