Nicole is an associate lawyer at Tupman & Bloom LLP. She joined the firm in 2025.

Nicole completed her articles and spent the first two years of her career at the Ontario Securities Commission. She worked in the Enforcement Division where she assisted in the investigation and litigation of fraud, insider trading and market manipulation cases. She later transferred to the Corporate Finance Division where she reviewed public offerings of securities and continuous disclosure filed by public issuers. Prior to joining Tupman & Bloom, she worked at a general practice law firm with a focus on estate planning and estate administration.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. During her time at Osgoode, Nicole volunteered for the Wills Project – Pro Bono Students Canada, where she drafted Wills and Powers of Attorney for low-income families in Toronto. Nicole also completed an academic exchange at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys playing basketball, travelling, and going to Pilates and spin classes. Nicole is also fluent in Cantonese.
