Arieh Bloom

Arieh Bloom is a Partner at Tupman & Bloom LLP, practising exclusively in wills, estates, trusts, and capacity litigation. He represents beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and attorneys acting under powers of attorney. Arieh regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, handling complex estate and trust disputes, including matters involving family businesses, estate freezes, and guardianship or power of attorney disputes under the Substitute Decisions Act. He is recognized for managing highly charged family dynamics with tact and professionalism.

A Certified Public Accountant with prior experience at KPMG, Arieh brings a financial perspective to his estate, trust, and guardianship work. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and clerked for Justices of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He is called to the bar in Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia.
