Olivia Brown is an Associate Lawyer at Tupman & Bloom LLP. She joined the firm in 2023 as a Summer Student.
Olivia received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University. During her time in law school, Olivia was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada, served as an Editor with the Queen’s Law Journal, and volunteered as a student caseworker for the Queen’s Family Law Clinic. As a caseworker, she assisted self-represented litigants in bringing applications and motions to change relating to decision-making responsibility, parenting time, and child support. This experience shaped the client-centered approach she now brings to her estate litigation practice. In her third year of law school, Olivia completed an academic exchange at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, in Lyon, France.
Olivia is committed to providing thoughtful and practical guidance to clients navigating complex and emotionally sensitive estates and trusts disputes, approaching each matter with diligence and care. She has represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Olivia is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society, and the Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners Group (JTEP).
